Delivery Information

Payment / Shipping Fees / Postage

Payments can be made using Paypal and Card   

We are trialling shipping fees calculated based on weight and/or value of items as opposed to fixed fee shipping and may change if this approach isn't working. So please do share your feedback with us.

All orders shall be shipped via Royal Mail, or other courier on the same day or within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. To reduce carbon footprint, we use Recycled Packaging to send large orders if necessary

Free UK only shipping on orders above £80. Use Code: FREESHIP80 (We will use Royal Mail 2nd Class. 1st Class and Special delivery is not valid for this offer) We will not process international orders that use this code

Delivery aim - 1-3 days working days for UK orders

Due to circumstances outside our control, we may on the odd occasion and without notice, use a different shipping option different to what you have selected. We would however ensure that delivery timeframes are similar.

PLEASE note that once parcels are passed on to the shipping company/carrier, we have no control over their stated delivery dates or how the parcel is handled. Please be patient and bear with us in this regard. Where loss and/or damaged has been established, we will refund/compensate you as appropriate depending on your selected postage option. Refunds or replacements are only processed when it is confirmed your parcel is lost. The Royal Mail policy is 10 working or 14 days after the expected delivery date.

Europe & International - from £4.40 (standard) 

Overseas orders are sent via Airmail with delivery aim between 5-14 working days. This could however take longer due to Customs etc. Please note that once orders are posted, it is out of our control and buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, etc levied by their country. In the event of a late or non-delivery, please contact us for a tracking number if applicable. Parcels will be refunded if missing but are only regarded as missing 20 working days for Europe and 25 for the rest of the world after your expected delivery date as per Royal Mail policy - https://www.royalmail.com/international-compensation

You are strongly advised to select the tracked option for peace of mind but we have made the non tracked option available to provide you with cheaper shipping prices. PLEASE NOTE that If you however choose this non-tracked shipping option, we are not liable for losses or non-delivery and you are responsible for raising claims with Royal Mail. If you are NOT happy to make claims yourself PLEASE choose the tracked option to avoid any complications. Claim forms can be found here -

Refunds & Exchanges/Substitute

We  will refund or exchange if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. A refund will be issued (excluding any shipping costs) after the unwanted goods have been returned to us within 14 days in it's original and resalable condition.

If any items are received damaged due to poor packing or we have made an error with your order, please message within 7 days of receiving your goods for either a full refund (including shipping costs) or replacement. A refund or replacement will be issued within 7 days after the return of the goods IF found in good resaleable condition. Other cases of damage on receipt should be taken up with Royal Mail and we will assist with completing a claim form in this regard if needed

 

If an item is listed in error/out of stock, we will send you a very close substitute and will accept returns for it if you're not happy

Order queries would only be dealt with if raised within 7 days of purchase for UK customers and 7 days after receipt for international customers.

Where you have provided inaccurate shipping information, 2Meenie will not be responsible for delay, loss or non-delivery. If you have made an error with your shipping address, please send an email within an hour of the order to info@2meenie.co.uk and/or preferably ring up 07789258157 ASAP to let us know.

We ensure the security of your personal information.  Information provided to us is used solely for card processing and to ensure your order is shipped correctly.  No credit card details are kept.  If you sign up for our mailing list, this keeps you informed about changes, special offers, and other information.
