Gleam is very stable in all weather and it will not dry out as other types of glitters. It can be applied right on top of the dry paint without reactivating it avoiding smudging or smearing. Tip: To easily remove the glitter cream, utilize a card such as a business card and glide across the skin lifting off the cream.
